This is low polygonal standing female figure has been made with 1mm thick bamboo plywood filled with polyurethane expanding foam.
A 10mm stainless steel rod is embedded into one of the leg.
The sculpture has been encased in a shell of epoxy resin to completely isolate it from moisture.
Three layers of a two-parts polyurethane marine grade varnish has been applied to protect the epoxy from UV damages. This varnish can be reapplied onto itself if it becomes necessary without having to sand it back first.
Mounted on a concrete base.
Suitable for outdoor display.
